Shipping and Refund policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within four to eight weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (7 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

If you need to return an item, you can reach out to the email info@sankaraworld.com with email receipt of your order number. You also need to upload the image of product while stating the reason for returning. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Please note: In case of a defective product received at your end, you must notify us on email info@sankaraworld.com within 24-48 hours on receiving the product.

Shipping& Delivery

Your products are usually shipped in 3 to 15 working days from the date of order depending on the product and destination. However for activities like Prasadam Box, pre booking orders are made available. Pre booking orders will only be dispatched after the activity has taken place. The activity period would be mentioned during the time of booking. For such pre booking activities, items will be shipped only after completion of activity and would usually extend delivery period from 30 days to 120 days from the day of booking.

Shipping and delivery charges can be standard or vary for every product depending on its weight and durability. The final product purchase will carry shipping charges cost during checkout. In circumstances that a product is being returned due to user/customer not being present at the delivery address provided while placing order or insufficient details or wrong address, the customer will have to bare the shipping charges and if the product is not returned to us back, the whole cost as a whole for an error made by the customer in the delivery address.

Order cancellations are only accepted 72 hours before pre-booking activity and should be made through an email sent to feedback@srisankaratv.net.
